be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

funding will be pursued to maintain the accreditation, integrity
and quality of medical education and other health sciences programs
in West Virginia.

(c) The Legislature further finds and declares that the
integrity and quality of medical education in West Virginia
requires that an additional school of pharmacy be established and
that it shall be established at Marshall University.
